WE COACH SHOULDER REHAB
We work as an integrated specialist shoulder physiotherapy and strength and conditioning team based in Nottingham with a hybrid working model to combine in-person and online so we are able to coach rehab.
This means that we go beyond the session we see you. We are in this together, providing support and progression every step of the way.
We are able to see you in Nottingham and London with online programming and coaching via an app. If you're not able to visit one of our locations below, we have a comprehensive online-only solution for you too. So no matter where you are based, we can work with you to build shoulder strength for life.
