WHO IS IT FOR?Our shoulder course is designed by a strength and conditioning coach for strength and conditioning coaches, personal trainers and fitness coaches rather than a lot of other courses designed by physiotherapists. It's designed with your needs in mind. We aim to better bridge the gap between physiotherapy and strength and conditioning when it comes to creating truly high performing shoulders and enable you to scale shoulder stability to improve strength, speed and power.
HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?The course consists of 8 modules with a commitment of approximately 1-2 hours each week which you can complete at your own pace as there are no set timescales for completion.
