WHAT TO EXPECT

The programme has been designed as a 6-week block.

 

Weeks 1-3 is going to help build the foundations and in weeks 4-6 we start to add some depth and layer on athleticism to help your shoulders to move well with control, precision and confidence and give you the ability to withstand progressive overload in your speed, strength and power training. 

Each week is made up of three different training sessions.

Two of them are movement preparation workouts to do prior to a CrossFit, functional fitness or strength training session giving you a micro-dose of what your shoulders need to improve performance and prepare you for the session that's ahead.

 

The third is a shoulder-specific workout where you have more time to add depth and build greater levels of athleticism and control to move your shoulder performance forward.

You want to get better at your gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting movements by improving dynamic shoulder stability which is the gateway to more performance!

You want to progress your upper body strength, power, speed or endurance to level-up your CrossFit, Olympic lifting, upper body strength or hypertrophy training. 

You've hit a plateau and struggling to progress in upper body movements and performance. 

This is NOT for your if:

You've recently experienced surgery or a traumatic shoulder injury, such as a dislocation, and not yet sought physiotherapy support or you're in chronic pain, have significant instability or some level of debilitation in the upper limb.
