SHOULDER STRENGTH FOR LIFE
Imagine standing at the edge of the cliff.
The bottom of the cliff is where you might be if you're in an injured state, post shoulder surgery or in significant pain which means you're unable to train and live an active life.
To get you to the top of the cliff, you'll work with a physiotherapist and cover foundation rehabilitation. This might mean that you're pain-free and able to do normal daily activities.
With shoulder reconditioning, we work as an integrated team to move you further away from the cliff edge and stop the recurring cycle of shoulder injuries with strength that lasts so you have the freedom to live, train and compete.

FACT FINDING
SESSION ONE
ASSESSMENT
We start by understanding your shoulder injury history and training background. We'll determine what success looks like and reverse engineer the entire process based on that. The focus is to get clear on how we go from where you are to where you want to be.

OPPORTUNITY
SESSION ONE
OPPORTUNITIES
By assessing your movement, functional capacity and objective strength measures, we'll identify the opportunities to reduce pain symptoms, help you to move better and gain confidence in the training strategy.

REBUILD
WEEKS ONE TO SIX
'BASE' TRAINING PHASE
The first training phase focuses on restoring the foundations of mobility, control and strength.
Essentially creating a stronger base allowing you to move with less pain and more control. We'll build on this base in the next phase.

PERIODISED SIX WEEK BLOCKS
'BUILD' + 'PRIME'
TRAINING PHASES
The focus here is to enhance your physical literacy and athleticism through strength, speed and power training. It's a key component in breaking recurring injury cycles and preparing you to not only return to training/sport but to stay there long-term, feeling confident, robust and strong.

LONG-TERM SOLUTION
A central outcome of our programme is that you finish it with the tools and self-efficacy to manage your own shoulder health and performance for the long-term. People should not be reliant on constant rehabilitation. We'll put you back in control of your shoulder injury prevention and performance progression.
