Our Functional Fitness Programme is specifically designed for those who do CrossFit, Functional Fitness and weightlifting training, and struggle with shoulder pain.
DESCRIPTION
We understand the demands functional fitness on your shoulders and the juggle of wanting to keep training and participating in the sessions whilst building strength and stability so you can get back to high-intensity training, snatching and hanging from bars!
We have created a 9-week programme which you can fit around your current CrossFit, functional fitness and weightlifting training. This means you can keep doing what you love and give your shoulders everything they need to become stronger, more stable and robust.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?

9-week gym-based programme with 3 sessions per week [1 x shoulder specific open gym full workout, 2 x pre/post-workout sessions to do before or after your functional fitness sessions].

No open gym access? No problem, we've included a home-based /minimal equipment training programme option for you.

You've recently experienced surgery or a traumatic shoulder injury, such as a dislocation, and not yet sought physiotherapy support

You have significant shoulder instability and you don't feel your shoulder is trustworthy

You're in high levels of pain

You have a very stiff shoulder or some level of debilitation in the upper limb.
