SHOULDER RECONDITIONING MASTERMIND

A small group collaborative learning experience.

Only 6 coaches, physios, therapists or practitioners.

Specific questions, case studies and problems you need solutions for.

If I get one good take-away from an education course then that’s ok?

How many times have you said this or heard it from someone else?

One take-away. Is that the best we can expect?

The coach and practitioner education space has become stale.

An over-abundance of online courses you never complete.

One day workshops where the tutor tells you what they think you should know with minimal resource given to what you need.

A room packed with people and minimal opportunity to engage directly with the person you paid to learn from.

Maybe it’s the one person who hogs all the attention and monopolises the educators energy.

We've attended those workshops and delivered them too.

The feedback we get is always overwhelmingly positive, and we still think we can do better.

So we want to try something a little different.

The question we want to ask is why are we meeting together for a CPD event?

What is the purpose?

When we know the answer to that, we can create a learning opportunity with so much more value.

The purpose of our Dynamic Shoulders Mastermind is to create an knowledge sharing experience where each practitioner gets specific answers to specific questions and finishes the day with strategies they can implement to enhance their practice. â€‹â€‹

Each persons' insight represents a learning opportunity within itself but only when facilitated by a connection to principles. Only once we understand what will govern and direct the strategy, can and should we start talking about methods.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Physiotherapists and sports therapists

Rehabilitation specialists

Strength and conditioning coaches

Personal trainers working with shoulder injuries

Most educators lecture. They tell you what you think you should know. This workshop take a facilitated learning approach which flips this model. Instead of sitting and listening, you'll be actively solving problems, testing ideas, and applying concepts to real cases.

Instead of information overload, you'll get clarity, direction, and confidence.

ONLY 6 SPACES AVAILABLE.

THE GREATEST TAKE AWAY WAS JUST HOW MUCH MORE WE CAN DO FOR SHOULDERS BAR JUST THE STUFF I'VE LEARNT AS A PHYSIO AND HOW EXCITING THE REHAB CAN BE FOR IT.

The way I'm going to implement it, is that it's not only for myself in the way that I assess and how I treat patients, but also for my colleagues that I work with and trying to progress us all as physios and osteo's. We all have our own systematic way of assessing shoulders but what more we can actually do.
