WHAT TO EXPECT
In this 90 minute practical workshop, we’ll work through some of the common issues affecting shoulder performance in racket sports with a particular focus on tennis.
During the session, we will:
- Explain the why as well as the what you might be experiencing in your shoulders as a result of your sport.
- Provide practical ways you can better prepare your shoulders for the demands you want to place upon them.
You will leave the session with exercises you can implement into you training week to reduce pain and improve shoulder function for tennis.
Spaces are limited (Maximum of 25 people).
This is a strength and conditioning session, so you won't need your racket.
