You might be dealing with a painful mobile shoulder if you're feeling like you've lost some strength, function or confidence in certain movements. Maybe overhead lifts feel risky, pressing feels inconsistent or certain positions just don't feel right anymore.

A painful mobile shoulder is also sometimes referred to as rotator cuff-related shoulder pain. It's a catch all phrase to categorise several shoulder problems. ​​​

ROTATOR CUFF ONE
A 6-week minimal equipment programme with 3 sessions per week and structured into three x 2-week phases:

Phase One - Isometric movements are a powerful tool to reduce pain, restore control and lay the foundation for long-term strength.
​
Phase Two - Eccentric movements allows you to strengthen the shoulder cuff and tendons by gradually increasing your ability to handle load.
​
Phase Three - Isotonic (dynamic) movements is where we start building strength that directly carries over to lifting, training and sport.
ROTATOR CUFF TWO
Rotator Cuff Two is a structured 6-week plan designed to build optimal shoulder mechanics, control, and resilience. It focuses on developing mobility, motor control, endurance, and stability, ensuring your shoulders are strong, pain-free, and ready for the demands of training, sport, and daily life.

The programme is split into two 3-week blocks, each progressing in complexity and intensity:

Block One: Motor Control and Endurance
We focus on refining movement patterns, improving muscular endurance, and reinforcing joint stability. We'll ensure your shoulders can handle sustained effort and repeated movement with control and precision.

Block Two: Strength and Dynamic Movement
With a solid foundation in place, the second block focuses on heavier loads, strength development, and dynamic movements. You’ll take on more complex exercises that challenge your ability to generate and control force at higher intensities and in tougher positions, giving your shoulder greater movement options.
